In the unlikely scenario of Spot-M cancelling your surfing lesson, holiday or Surf Safari, your payment to Spot-M will be refunded in full. You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit with Spot-M if your cancellation is received no later than 8 weeks prior to commencement of activity/holiday/lesson/surfari. Any cancellations made after the 8 week period are no longer entitled to a refund, any refunds made within this period are done so entirely at the discretion of the Spot-M management. A 25% deposit will be expected upon making a booking with Spot-M and the full balance to be paid within 8 weeks of the commencement of the holiday.
Any refunds relating to optional activities supplementary to accommodation and surfing, are done so entirely at the discretion of the Spot-m management at all times.
The Spot-M team adheres strictly to the BSA and RNLI guidelines at all times and will always place safety before all other factors when conducting activities in the sea. Spot-M cannot be held liable for adverse surfing or weather conditions that prevent scheduled activities from taking place. Spot-M will only cancel scheduled activities if safety has become a concern.
In the unlikely event of this happening and Spot-M are unable to carry out the scheduled activity as a result of adverse conditions; you are not entitled to a refund or rescheduled activity. Any refunds or reschedules made as a result of adverse conditions are done so entirely at the discretion of the Spot-M management.
