We had a fantastic holiday in Mirleft courtesy of the Spot M team who exceeded expectations at every level. Our villa was excellent and from the moment we arrived it was clear that Spot M go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable holiday. As novice surfers the quality of tuition and the sea conditions were ideal. Our two young children made very rapid progress and the instructors were patient with the grown ups. We also managed some fishing, desert camping and hill walking ( donkeys for the kids) which made for a varied & active couple of weeks. Mirleft itself is a friendly vibrant town with some of the best food we have eaten in Morocco. The quality of restaurants is good & the local fresh produce is high quality and inexpensive. We really enjoyed going to the fish market and having bbq’s at the villa beside the pool. Having spent time in other parts of Morocco the atmosphere in Mirleft is very different with none of the hard sell you might find elsewhere. Well done Spot M and hope to see you in Mirleft again soon.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Mirleft this year and I personally cannot wait to return. The village, the people and the Spot-M team especially made this an unforgettable holiday. It was so much fun learning to surf, making friends with the instructors and enjoying a culture so completely different than what I know. If you’re looking for a vacation a bit different than Disneyland or Waikiki then this is the place to be! A really terrific experience.

Our best family holiday to date.  Duncan and all the Spot-M team could not have been more charming and helpful.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Mirleft is an enchanting place and we are longing to return.  Not only did we  all learn to surf, but felt we had had a really fascinating cultural experience in a part of the world that has yet to be hit by the tourist industry.  Our eight year old had a ball and still talks about how he misses his Moroccan friends.

If you’re looking for a family holiday with a twist you really should consider a surfing holiday with Spot-M. The surfing lessons are only part of what is a fantastic experience! The Spot-M team are relaxed and fun yet at the same time highly professional; a brilliant group of people and they just cannot do enough for you! My wife and our two young girls loved every moment. The beaches are stunning and the town has a really great atmosphere. It is a million miles away from the madness of Marrakech. The people are so friendly and amazingly there is a pocket of extremely diverse opportunities for varied cuisine from French to Italian and of course superb Moroccan food is available. At the end of our trip we felt completely reenergised and we could all actually surf! To anybody considering a holiday with Spot-M, I would say just go!
